FUTUREPLACES Digital Media Festival announces travel awards

Finalists for the FUTUREPLACES Festival, to be held October 12-16 2010 in Porto, Portugal, will be eligible to receive up to $2000 in travel assistance in order to attend the festival.  The deadline to submit entries has been extended to June 20.

FUTUREPLACES will be five days of exhibitions and events addressing the potential and the impact of digital media on local cultures.
