Call for Posters and Demos - UT Austin|Portugal Annual Conference

Student poster and demo session to be held May 23-24 in Lisbon

Deadline: 13 May 2016

The UT Austin|Portugal Program will hold its Annual Conference on May 23rd and 24th, 2016, at the Rectorate Building of Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Campolide Campus), in Lisbon. For agenda and registration information, please see the conference announcement.

All UT Austin|Portugal Program students are invited to submit scientific posters and/or present demos of their research work to be exhibited at this conference.

Posters

All posters must be submitted in English, to be printed in A0 size, portrait orientation, and must include the UT Austin|Portugal Program Logo (download here), Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia Logo (download here), Student Name, Host Institution, Research Advisor and Research Team (if applicable).

Please send your poster file by email by May 13th to Carina Borges (cap.borges@fct.unl.pt). The poster will be printed by the Program.

Demos

All Demos must include the UT Austin|Portugal Program Logo (download here), Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia Logo (download here) Student Name, Host Institution, Research Advisor and Research Team (if applicable).

Please register to present your Demo with Carina Borges (cap.borges@fct.unl.pt). Further information will be required.

All students are welcome to attend the conference and be available to provide information about the work presented.
